iMagine Second Competence Centre Workshop

Held in Palma de Mallorca and co-hosted by SOCIB, the iMagine consortium gathered for its Second Competence Centre Workshop.

The iMagine Competence Centre brings together the project Use Cases and project partners, combining AI-related domain experts and AI-related IT experts to support the Use Cases services from development to validation and production.

During the workshop, the Use Cases had the opportunity to present the status of their research project and the planned developments for moving into production. The workshop also hosted the three new Use Cases onboarded with the project open call. Also, data management, updates to the iMagine AI platform, and group discussions on several topics - such as how to best use Zenodo for depositing the iMagine datasets to delivery from the platform to AI tooling experiences - were addressed and discussed during these two days. Last but not least, SOCIB presented their architecture for the Balearic Sea Digital Twins and how iMagine can fit in the broader Digital Twins of the Ocean.
